Fourth-graders learn that innovators are great problem-solvers who design, test, and introduce solutions to improve communities, environments, and technologies. They learn how to analyze current problems and design possible solutions using a process of inquiry to action.

When I'm not in my classroom, I love spending time with my husband Chad, my kids, Annika and Soren and our sweet greyhound, Tigerlily. We also love cheering on our Avs!

I collaborate with students as they take ownership of their learning and empower them as they encounter and overcome challenges. I love spending time with my husband and my sweet sons Benjamin and Ryley. We love having adventures together!
